Food is good. Service not so great last night. A friend phoned in a take out order. She was told it would be about 20 minutes. We got there 20 minutes later and pretty much got ignored, after being directed to the 'To go ' station . Several servers walked by with no offers of help . I finally got someone to help. We sat there another 15 minutes. I tried to get a server to check on our order . She basically told me she was interested in helping. At just after 8 I spent 15 minutes waiting to be seated, because I asked to be seated outdoors. Therwere4 active tables when I was seated. I patiently wated 15 minutes anwas not acknowledged in any way, not even eye contact. I left after waiting 20 minutes outside. I was insensed so I callef and asked for the manager and was asked if I was goint to hold, I said yes. I drove across town and ordered from another resteraunt, no one ever picked up. It's very good food,
Food was great, but didn't like the fact that I had to use a computer to order. At this place, the waitress is obsolete.

The best
This particular stores service stunk. We waited over ten minutes for a drink because the waitress decide she needed to fool around with one of her make counterparts. That was just to order the drinks mind you. Then the meal served to us took a while to get there. The food was good so no complaints about the cooks and preps. I believe the tip should only affect the servers so her tip was less than 10 percent when i ALWAYS give a minimum of at least 20 percent. Not only did we get our appetizer after our meal but we had to ask for refills we were not given napkins are utensils but had to ask a waitress who was serving others for some. By far worse service ever and we will not be returning
Our unit's first time there and we loved it! Food 'n service was great! Kendra and Jessica took great care of us constantly.
