Because they have very poor customer service. They are rude to customers so don't waste your time going there. I order my meal on line and when to pick it up waited in line for at least 30 minutes there was some more people in front of me. When another customer came in after me he received his order before us as I tried to let the waiter Carry know we where next she got rude. So I cancelled my order and left.When speaking to the manager it was like speaking to a deer in head lights.
My 2 kids and myself sat patiently waiting.....not for our meal, but just to place a drink order. The restaurant had very few people in it, yet those around me who came after me were able to get their drinks and place an order. I requested a server and still didn't get served. I got up and walked out, called to speak to the manager and she could care less. Horrible service!

We had a $10 off $20+ coupon so we decided to stop here and eat while out and about a couple Sunday's ago. We had to wait 10 minutes despite the fact multiple tables and booths were open. Our waitress was seen few and far in between, and didn't clear our table of our empty cups. We got our appetizer (fried pickles), ate them and ordered our meal. Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Absolutely love the food. Alot of food for the price. Overall, one of the best places to eat in Fayetteville.

One of my favorite spots in Cumberland County thoroughly had a wonderful time!
Not really packed for a Friday evening at 5:38. Serve came as soon as we sat down and appetizers were served within 10 minutes of us being here.food is good.
I don't know what it is about Fayetteville, NC location but the service is horrible. I made a complaint before due to not being greeted or serviced for 20 minutes of me being there and received a $15 gift card for my troubles. Decided to give Smokey Bones another try and when the host sat us, the waitress came to our table, took our drink orders and never returned.
