TORIE IS THE GREATEST WAITRESS EVER!!!!!!! Amazing
Tori D is the best waitress ever!!! My food was awesome and the service was phenomenal
We have been going to this location for several years, but after today not sure if that will happen again. My wife had ordered cornbread and when it had arrived and started to eat it she found what seemed to be a hair in it, when it was brought up to our waiter Gus he took it back and returned to inform her that the manager said it was a piece of plastic. There was no offer to replace it. When she got the bill it had the cornbread still on the bill even though it was given to the waiter.

We go to our local Smokey Bones fairly regularly. Don't know that we will go back again. We were at the table more than half an hour before the waitress came back to tell us they were out of what two in our party had ordered. At the hour mark, there was still no food on our table. Waitress didn't seem to care. Manager wasn't really concerned either. He apologized, but made no effort to correct the problem. By the time we left, not one of the four in our party was thinking about coming back. Bad experience all the way around.

Jalen and Ali are the best two bartenders and I love coming to see them every weekend!!! Thanks for keeping me entertained and happy!!!
