Not recommended. Cold air blowing on guests plus cold, hard, overcooked appetizers, sloth-like service. The place was half empty at best and every item from drinks to food from 20-45 minutes respectively, then the server just disappeared and when she made appearances every 45 minutes, she only attended to part of the group and ignored others. Had to go to the bar for additional service. Still waiting for manager.....

So .... I just remembered so I'm doing it now but my server jordan at smokey bones most recently was amazing and I hope to encounter that kind of service again.
Our waitress, Jordan, provided us with outstanding service. She was attentive, kept our drinks filled and checked on us continuously. The best service I've had in quite awhile. Thank you Jordan for your service! The food was delicious!

The hostess took my name and when I asked how long the wait was she ignored me. Multiple customers left because of the wait. Tables were empty but customers still waited to be seated. The place was extremely loud. I ordered brisket only to be told they ran out. When the food came it was good. Our wait staff was attentive, but I won't go back to the Bowie location.
