I order on line at 6:20They say my order be ready at 7pm got there at 6:50 didn't get my order until 7:30 was not happy at all. Didnt have my sauce in the bag,had to wait another 10min the employee didn't say sorry for the wait she just didn't say anything I will not be coming back at all !!!!don't give me a time and it's not ready tell me something not just take my money

A year ago I had terrible experience at the Bowie location. We waited for hours, service was awful. I vowed to never return BUT my husband talked me into returning today. Long story short after waiting an hour and twenty minutes before deciding to leave. We were no closer to being served than when we first arrived. The hostess had a bad attitude. The manager came over at my request and explained that of the 9 servers they scheduled to come in, only 2 showed up. They still have a long way to go.

My server was polite and helpful with choosing my late lunch. She kept my iced tea glass full. My ribs were fingerlicking good. I came for the cornbread and was not disappointed! We'll be back!
Nice atmosphere for game day. However servers need to pay more attention to detail when it comes to their customers. Great good though

Smoked wings and brisket tacos were excellent. Tried 3 different cocktails and they were all good as well. Great service.

We ordered dinner here to-go for my husband's father's day. His choice, he has eaten at Smokey Bones in Florida and loved it. I did the online ordering for a 5 pm pick up- I ordered the food 3 hours before we were set to come and pick it up. The restaurant is about 15 minutes from our home, so when an HOUR had passed and my husband had not yet come back with dinner I started to get worried. We came here for a bite Saturday evening since Jerry's was closed. No hostess at the front for 3 minutes. Waitress did ok, but seemed uninterested in being at work. Orders arrived in 25 minutes. Food presentation wasn't what was pictured in menu, and only tasted ok. We probably won't come here again...
Walked in today in the mood for something new and awesome. It was just what I was looking for. Service was on spot and very friendly. Thank you for an awesome experience
