We go once a week, we love the food and rely on the same servers each time with very good results. The kitchen has goofed a few times but we have been there at least 30 times per year for years. Maybe selecting certain foods gets better results. The ribs, pulled pork and burgers are excellent.

We like to stop for lunch whenever we're in the area. Having the various BBQ sauce choices is the cherry on top of a pulled pork meal. The baked beans, and Texas toast are great too. Our server did a fine job, and the new table computer system for paying helped speed things things up. We had another great experience at Smokey Bones.

We came in late and had Janelle as our server in the bar section. There was a Dallas game on and it was wing night, so the restaurant was very busy, and she was very busy, but she attended to our needs perfectly. She was nice and polite and was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Very prompt service - even though it was busy we were never waiting long for anything. I would recommend the place, the food, and Janelle, to anyone.

The wings were incredible along with the corn bread skillet with the Pecan skillet
I've had the smoked wings several times. The last few times they have been overcooked to the point of being hard and dry on the inside. It had to be noticeable to the kitchen staff. Unfortunately, I did not open the container to look at them before I left. I don't think we will go back again. What happened to your kitchen staff? They burn food and give to take out customers, not the way to do business.

I absolutely loved the food and my waiter Lilly was great! She had such great customer service skills and to me that's definitely a PLUS!!!!
