The food was fine. However, we waited about 30 minutes for someone to clean a vacant table. I called two hours ahead, as instructed by a restaurant employee, to prepare a table for a large party. I was told that although they don't take reservations, they could prepare a table if I called ahead. The hostess wasn't welcoming at all, and as a result, one member of our party decided to leave. Friendly staff but terrible service. Waited 20 mins for a cocktail, despite 3 chasers. No attentive action from server, spent most of his time FaceTiming his friends in the kitchen. Chicken was awful. Ribs were average. First place in America I have not tipped at all....they simply did not earn it.
Another enjoyable visit, used my $10 off coupon, great service from afternoon bartender, promise to return when in the area!!

Very disappointed in the service I received yesterday evening. I will never patronize this restaurant again. Our waiter, Ricardo, selected to use his clearly failing memory to track our order instead of writing it down. He returned twice to ask us what our order was again and then proceeded to bring my 8 year old son's food to him incorrectly. 1st time at your eatery and was a little disappointed that at 1pm in the afternoon the restaurant was completely out of #BabyBackRibs. What happened? 😕 Memorial Day Weekend, #NoRibs! I ordered the wings ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Unfortunately, wait staff gets ⭐⭐....not very attentive (no refills) and he disappeared. 🏃🚶🏃
