The worst experience i ever had at a restaurant. Staff was under trained no one knew how to correct a mistake they made. Waiter was nonexistent we had to wait 30 mins for silverware after food was brought to the table asked for refills at least 4 times before receiving one when bill was brought to us which was wrong. We got there they had a reservation for 150 people after they told us over the phone that they donot take reservations...must I say they never showed..so the host tells us he has no room for us..Really?...Thats not something u say to a customer...we were only a party of 6 and a baby...my appetizers were burnt...THE traditional cornbread wasn't the same...and my ribs were salty..Our waitress was new but she did a good job . .THE whole staff is run by young folks..that's not a good way to operate a popular restaurant. Very unprofessional waitress cursing at the kitchen staff dropping F bombs...Manager allowed it. Food was good but ruined the atmosphere. She needs another profession where people aren't involved.
The brown sugar smoke wings are the bomb!!! so the cornbread with the honey walnut cream is my favorite!!! need a closer one to Alexandria!!!
Stopped by last night. The person who took us to our table never said a word. We sat for 20 minutes and no one came to our table so we left. A couple was waiting to be seated left as we did.. they didn't want to wait anymore. Why 3 stars? In the past we had nice meals and drinks there, usually after seeing a movie. Hope management can turn things around.
The bottom line is every time we go here because we have a coupon we realize why we don’t go back for a long time. When we walked in at 3 in the afternoon there were at least 6 dirty tables that had not been cleared . Apparently they don’t have bus people. I heard great things about this place. Yesterday was my 1st there and the experience was NOT THE BEST�. Our waitress was new, and we had a party of 9. She was very slow, and forgot alot. She spent more time with another table who sat after us. I had to ask for drinks after being seated for 40 minutes. It took 1.5 hour for our food to come out.
