Worse service I've ever had from a bartender. There were only 4 other people at the bar when we arrived and it took Toni 10 minutes to walk over and take our order. That was the best service of the night... it went down hill as the bar started filling up with Redskin fans. Man to my left waited at least 15 minutes as she walked past him several times before he complained to manager and left. I counted 7 times that she walked past my empty mug on her edge of the bar. The waiter was slow in getting our orders correct, when the food did arrive everything was overly seasoned. (Salt Heavy). I had to keep repeating my drink order. One guest had to wait for his food while the rest of us ate ours. No one really greeted us or thanked us for dining with Smoky Bone. Bad experience. One the drink did arrive it was on point. Not sure if I'll patronize this establishment again.

Smokey Bones use to be very good! In a party of four they got 3 orders wrong. Chicken wings burned hard couldn't eat and some was still red inside. I had must better food before no rush to eat there again.
Food order wrong twice , never got one of my side's love waiter but she had to many tables to handle.

My husband and I stopped in last Sunday for a beer! Toke the Harley out for a weekend ride stopped by after riding over 200-300 miles for a cold beer. The bartender would not serve me because I didn't have an ID "Bawhahahahahaha" I'm 53& my husband is 64 - I thought she was kidding! Ended up walking out.....not only that she was ignorant & rude as hell......
