If I could give it 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I come here to enjoy a few beers after work and this evening our server was so high she could barely open her eyes and out food sit on the line for over 20 minutes. Food was great but this isny the first time weve had terrible service at this location. VERY disappointed.
I love the food and drinks at this place! The waitress I had was Kalene I think... She was super personable and made sure I got everything on time she even checked back in a few times which is rare these days try and ask for her
Had a great evening at Smokey bones the other night had Joseph as my server and he was really friendly and made the whole experience great food was delicious!
My experience at Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill -Fredericksburg, Va was wonderful. The food and service was amazing! It was my first time there and I ordered the Fire-Grilled Salmon, thought I went to heaven. But, what really made my night there was my lovely waitress Te-Anna she was so polite, blissful, funny, blistering, and etc. I could go on for days about Ms. Te-Anna she is the real definition of good customer service. Came in for a couple drinks, Kendra was bartending and she was very attentive and recommended really good drinks.
My server Rachel was amazing and the food was excellent
