I haven’t dined at Smokey Bones in a while, so I decided to place an online order for pickup. I ordered a cup of Brunswick stew and the cornbread. My order was scheduled to be ready around 12:30. I get there at 12:20 and right at 12:30 my order is ready. I go to my car and check my food and the cornbread is ice cold. I can’t believe they would try to pass that off as ok. I go back in and ask if it could be warmed up. No apology or anything, but they did take it back to warm it up. I won’t be back.

RecommendedDisappointed in the service (long time to get our meals) considering there were only two other tables with customers seated. Portions were small for the price and as compared to other nearby restaurants, and also as compared to a previous visit a month or so back. Those in my party who ordered ribs received them covered in sauce, although they had asked for dry rub. We have always loved Smokey Bones!! When we walked in to be seated last night I noticed something new at another table. It was a mini grill with different kinds of meat on it. I asked our waitress Leah, who in fact was awesome, what that was that they had ordered? She said it was the Bone Fire Grill and showed us the menu with the picture on it. Josh was an excellent server - you can tell that he loves what he does, his personality really sold us! Thank you again for my Pineapple Express, the brown sugar was delish! I’ll definitely be back!
Great food, but prices are to high
went here for dinner and Tracy's chicken was cold when he cut into it and the manager asked if he wanted it replaced. ok . there was no reason for the food to be cold because the restaurant was not busy. now the bill comes out and we are being charged for his meal! The manager acted surprised when we asked why it was still on the bill. Repeat customer....na, I don't think so.
