Had the fastest and best in and out lunch yesterday. Jess B was amazing very fast n professional. Appreciated her help explaining the menu items n all her suggestions. Will be back to see Jess she is amazing.
Great atmosphere
Jessica was a great host with a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude. The takeout meal was excellent with enough food to feed the bunch of us. Overall, the experience was exceptional and Jessica made the difference with her outstanding detail to service.
Great service and amazing food!
I haven’t dined at Smokey Bones in a while, so I decided to place an online order for pickup. I ordered a cup of Brunswick stew and the cornbread. My order was scheduled to be ready around 12:30. I get there at 12:20 and right at 12:30 my order is ready. I go to my car and check my food and the cornbread is ice cold. I can’t believe they would try to pass that off as ok. I go back in and ask if it could be warmed up. No apology or anything, but they did take it back to warm it up. I won’t be back.

Disappointed in the service (long time to get our meals) considering there were only two other tables with customers seated. Portions were small for the price and as compared to other nearby restaurants, and also as compared to a previous visit a month or so back. Those in my party who ordered ribs received them covered in sauce, although they had asked for dry rub.
