I thought the ribs were supposed to be slow cooked in the smoker. I cook all summer on a charcoal smoker. From hotdogs to beef briskit. Somethings wrong with the ribs when i get them and i taste no smoke at all but steamed meat, like "MICROWAVE" THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD. I can wait until my order is ready, If need be. It's been a couple of times they actually tasted right off the smoker. So i know they do them in a smoker (sometimes ). But they are sometimes cold when i pick them up. Let me preface this review with the fact that I enjoyed what I ordered! I ordered the Brisket for dinner, with fries and broccoli. When the dinner came, first thoughts were that I thought it to be unusual that the brisket was served "chunked" as opposed to sliced as most places serve it.
