The food is good, but the customer service is awful, I placed my order with the kitchen manager John Wozniak for my family reunion on 8/8/2018 for pickup on Saturday 6/11/18 at 6:30 pm. When I go to pick up my order they have no order. Upon talking to the guy, I find out he is John Wozniak and he tells me okay I remember talking to you and tells me he will make my order now. I had the pulled pork with broccoli and mac & cheese. Being from eastern NC, the Carolina bbq sauce was not at all what I'm used to, but it wasn't bad. The pork had a great flavor on it's own, but I favored the St Louis sauce over the others. The mac & cheese was phenomenal.... had to be the cheese blend. The best part was my server..... spot on with service & courtesy. I'll definitely keep it in mind if I get back to Buffalo. �
The staff was awesome the food great if I could have eaten more I would have. But I was stuffed. I recommend Smokey Bones to everyone. U GOTTA GO NOW
