It sucks waited 45 mins for food everyone got food not us
I was training there to be a manager and in the employee meeting I repeatedly listen to the gm drop f bombs and curse at her Staff within ear shot of customers then I got served custody papers and when talking to officer that served me the gm fired me and never payed me for my time after repeated attempts to call the location and even text her

Went to this location, as we do as a family at least once a year, at 12:30, said it would be 30 minutes with our large party of 20. Reasonable time so we sat and waited and waited and waited. After an hour and a half, and after they sat several parties of 8 and 4 and 3 said they simply still didn't have room, even though people have left, so we "just needed to be patient" and continue waiting, managers words not mine. Went to Smokehouse in Independence, MO last night with a group and also took my 15 month old daughter. She began to get a lil cranky so I excused myself from the group table,went to another table to feed and situate her,and was told by the manager Mike,I wasn't able to do that. Another manager Ali came over and said you can stay,he just didn't want another table dirty...REALLY?? You deny a mother a table to feed her child??? I left and went to my car to finish feeding her. The burnt ends was very tender ribs was ok sweet potatoes fries fire over all i am very pleased with the service here...
Ate there for the 1st time this evening. Food was great, portions were very nice. Service was a bit slow but our waiter was very friendly & helpful!
They need to have a 10 **********You all and food service employees go way far and above.
