Our favorite BBQ place to eat ribs & burnt ends Father's day yesterday and hubby wanted BBQ
The portions were very nice for the price and our server was awesome! 2 minor things I saw: a lot of dust everywhere and our food was lukewarm, not hot. We will be back because of the service to give another chance.
We were at Smoke house Zona Rosa. The ribs are excellent.Great Service
My daughter's softball team decided they wanted BBQ so on my suggestion all 27 of the girls and parents dropped in without notice at 3pm on a Saturday. The staff set up the back room for us quickly and not a single person was disappointed. Drinks were always kept filled, appetizers and entrees were brought out quickly, and the service was awesome the whole time. It was a great family atmosphere. Food was great and customer service was on point. Definitely coming back.
We've eaten at the Zona Rosa and Gladstone locations and always had a great experience. We were staying in Independence so went to this location for dinner. We were seated near the door and it was terribly loud, a horrible time! The guy working the window by the kitchen yelled every single order and what was still needed (fries, beans, etc.). I would gladly drive the extra miles to one of the other locations before I would ever go back to the Independence restaurant. If you're looking for a nice quiet dinner, do NOT go here!
DO NOT EAT HERE! It was FREAKING DISGUSTING. I couldn't even finish my meal. And it wad definitely not worth the price.
