Let people who are shopping for a senior along with themselves in two separate transactions, two separate forms of payment and we live at two different addresses purchase toilet paper in each transaction! I attempted to do it without a reward card and got told no! I could have purchased a larger pack with more rolls, however since we are both single, I went for the smaller ones to save the larger ones for families! I am gone to another store permanently this time!
RecommendedI finally decided to venture out to the store today, I haven't been out since the shelter in place order, and I have to say I was super impressed by Smith's! their employees had masks, gloves all the PPE that they needed. someone was tasked with wiping down baskets and they had wipes available for customers. They even had everything I needed (like tissues) back in stock! I hope all grocery stores look like this!

I got robbed! I placed an online delivery order and was missing half of my groceries but got charged for everything. I’ve submitted reports, reviews, and nobody has contacted me to correct this. I spoke to Kroger and Instacart and all I get is finger pointing, nobody takes responsibility. I’m reporting this to the better business bureau.

I noticed that they did not impose 6 feet social distance upon entering the store unlike Wholefoods and Costco!! Got to wear face mask and bring alcohol with you
