AVOID THIS PLACE!! You don’t want to rent here. There are sketchy people living in some of the units and breaking into others. There have been several thefts and very little resolution from the owners of this place. Gate doesn’t even work for emergency vehicles. So even the cops can’t get in.
10 Federal Storage has a good handful of locations to show from. The one off Starnes and Smithfield is easy to get into, clean and nice. It was easy to setup an online reservation and no hassle of getting the gate code and lock code. Payments are automatically withdrawn which makes making payments easier as well. Definitely worth checking out.
Very good experience it made moving not so much of a hassle an there is never any issues at all 10 out of 10
10 Federal Storage bought this property and immediately doubled the rates. I’ve had a unit here for 20 years. I can’t wait to see how I’m treated if there’s a problem!
