Been renting here for years with previous owners. This company bought 6 month ago. Our rent just increased 50% more and we are getting 100% worse service. Was on hold 1 hour 40min and no one ever answered. Tried to chat and message no one available. And to add injury to insult new renter get same unit for half price were are paying. Don't fall for it. Your rates have gone up drastically, I’ve been at the Smithfield storage for 20 plus years. Your company took over and the rates went way up. 92 a month to 142 a month. I’m retired and senior citizen. This has not been good for my wife and I.
It was super easy to sign up online. It offers a move in special, immediate access, and a free lock! The grounds look very clean, and best of all, it offers 24 hour access!
