I have since removed my glowing review of Ammy while trying to rent a 3rd unit. Everything has gone downhill since then. Countless emails, countless police reports since Aug 22, 2025 Secured gate being left open, transients living in units with jimmied locks, theft, rates have increased 3 times. My next door neighbor contacted me when she went to her storage unit at your facility in North Richland Hills ( Smithfield Rd). Someone has been breaking into units over the past few months and NO ONE at their corporate office seems to care. Our unit was recently broken into and there were multiple units with the doors half way open so I am assuming their units were broken into as well. Why won’t corporate step in and get this under control. No point in paying for a storage unit if you have to worry about your stuff being stolen.
Easy experience and facility is well maintained
I love the 24/7 access very convenient for me
