Very good experience it made moving not so much of a hassle an there is never any issues at all 10 out of 10
10 Federal Storage bought this property and immediately doubled the rates. I’ve had a unit here for 20 years. I can’t wait to see how I’m treated if there’s a problem!
Awesome place
Read their contract terms, it’s absolutely one-sided and ridiculous. Essentially “we reserve the right to charge you whatever we feel like, AND whatever any unnamed third parties feel like, with zero recourse recurring forever.” They also have a *mandatory* $11-$30 additional charge every month for completely fake “insurance” that you cannot opt out of. Nope, I’d literally rather set my stuff on fire than deal with a place that’s this bad faith and obviously customer hostile.
Very easy experience renting a unit. Property is secure and clean. Highly recommend
