#10federalstorage bought this storage facility recently and installed a faulty QR code opening system. This is the second time I’ve been locked out. 32 mins on hold after txting back and forth to their site Bot. No one to talk to and the txt bot goes in a loop. #badsystem
Been renting here for years with previous owners. This company bought 6 month ago. Our rent just increased 50% more and we are getting 100% worse service. Was on hold 1 hour 40min and no one ever answered. Tried to chat and message no one available. And to add injury to insult new renter get same unit for half price were are paying. Don't fall for it.
