Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
