in tears – I was treated like a crap by their office manager. She kept yelling at me and I have asked her twice, "Please don't raise your voice." I have never been treated like this. Unprofessional. If you work for a heath care facility, I expect more sympathy to your patients. You may have a bad day, but be professional.
