Very personable – I always have great visits when I come to the office. The staff are great people and very personable.

Great tips and a lot of help – Treatment has been great and I contribute that to all the help that Dr. Birrell Smith has given me. He gave me a ton of tips and steps to take to help me heal properly and quickly.

Excellent staff – Whenever I'm in for a visit, all the staff are friendly and nice towards me and my son. They're nothing but sweet to me so I have no issues with their staff. Dr. Smith is also kind and caring and helped me with some health issues I was having at the time
Outstanding Surgeon – I am 54 and had both of my hips replaced by Dr. Smith. He's fantastic. Did an excellent job on both. Molly the receptionist is such a sweet girl and very kind. I did have some issues with the lady that runs the office, but nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend him!
no excuse – terrible surgeon. 95 percent infection. he does one procedure on people with insurance (rare infection) and another on people with medi-cal (almost always infection). his surgeries cause more pain, swelling, recovery time than any other in our area.
