When you think about buying a home you think about stress, frustration, I mean no walk in the park! But it has been just that a walk in the park! Very nice owners! All around experience is an A++++++!!!!!!

They are the best for the home buying process! Every step has been so easy and smooth with them. Ashley worked hand and hand with us on every step and always willing to answer anything we needed. Mr.Glen was very kind and did everything he could to make this easy for us. I’m so glad that we found them and bought from them! Made us feel like family!
Yall! This is the absolute BEST place to buy a manufactured home. From beginning to end, it took only about a month! We began the home buying process late August 2019 & are already moved in! Glen & Ashley are super nice! They answered any and all questions I had, which was a lot... sometimes multiple times a day! If you are in the market to buy a new home, go see them!
