I decided to give Smith Family Dental a try for a new experience. They are all very nice. Samantha did my cleanings and was super friendly, professional made the experience simply awesome! Sue was super nice and did my insurance claim, sent me the proposal and messages to remind me of my appointments. Dr. Smith was very friendly and helpful explaining what they would like to do. I actually don't mind driving to Cary and look forward to going to the dentist now!
Had a couple of crowns , Dr. Smith was wonderful. Very easy , took his time and made it a wonderful experience. Sheila babied me through the whole process , something I needed . Thank you both .
Always have a great experience at Smith Family Dental. The staff is both professional and friendly. I've had both Gloria and Samantha as hygienists, and they both do a great job. Dr. Smith is a great dentist and is heading up a great practice!
Great teamwork from a professional group of people. They truly showed me that they cared as they talked about my health and explained in detail some work that I needed.
