Came from out of town to visit my father-in-law at the hospital and my tooth broke on the way! I called the office first thing and Megan got me in by 8:40a! I have always been terrified of Dentists and this office was SO kind, patient, gracious, calming....a true God send! Dr. Gerber is the most gentle, patient dentist I have ever met and am so very grateful that he is now my new dentist!
Came in for x-rays to get process started. Ashley was very good @ quick. She even assisted Dr. Gerber with my husband’s crown.
My daughter had a toothache and went to a dentist. This dentist was not a good experience. No options were given. It was either all or nothing and my daughter left with nothing being done. Then, I called Gentle Dental. It was so refreshing how everyone there was happy to help and very polite. The dentist was very good with my 13 year old daughter and gave us reasonable options and prices. I will refer anyone and everyone to this clinic. My daughter is now pain free and can eat again.
I enjoy receiving the best kind of cleaning that I get every time I go see Dr. Gerber and his staff they are very welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the staff very much. May God bless each and every one on Dr.Gerbers staff. I would highly recommend Dr.Gerber to anybody.
Had my teeth cleaned today my Shea and she did a remarkable job. She is very detailed. The office staff is very friendly and inviting.

Gentle Dental in Tyler is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. His staff was so accommodating and his shots never hurt one bit! He went out of his way to make sure I did not experience any pain. I highly recommend Gentle Dental and will see him and only him
Dr. Gerber and the staff at Gentle Dental are the best! They are friendly and caring and definitely live up to the name Gentle Dentle. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist but Dr. Gerber made me feel very comfortable. I had a temporary crown done today and it was absolutely painless! Thanks to Alana and Dr. Gerber. I highly recommend Gentle Dentle!
By far the best dentist and his office staff exceeded all my expectations.Gwen was awesome his dental assistants were so caring and helpful. I highly recommend this place. He made extra sure I did not feel any pain......
