Wow is all I have to say!!! First visit and I felted like this was family. They have that smile that goes along with the services that they provide and give. It was like I had been coming there for years. I did my research to find me a new dentist in Tyler. I read one review that was so negative, so I decide just to come and see for myself. Thank God that I did...I am very excited about become a long time patient ......
My husband and I received excellent care while receiving our semi annual cleaning. Everyone is professional and prompt and very helpful when we visit Dr. Gerber‘s office. I would recommend this dentist and his employees to anyone.
The whole staff is wonderful and caring and the dentist was great they are very gentle I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I have going to Gerber Dental Care for the last 15 years and without a doubt there is not another dentist that I would go. All of the staff are professional, quick and friendly. What’s nice is that they who you are when you walk in so immediately you feel like family. If there is ever a big procedure, they work with you with payments so that you can get the needed dental work. Dr. Gerber is certainly one of the funniest doctors. Gentle Dental has a very balanced availability of staff. The show of cohesiveness among them is certainly recognizable. True professionals they are, while not an E.R. the sense of triage hovers in the atmosphere. Thanks Gentle Dental
Came from out of town to visit my father-in-law at the hospital and my tooth broke on the way! I called the office first thing and Megan got me in by 8:40a! I have always been terrified of Dentists and this office was SO kind, patient, gracious, calming....a true God send! Dr. Gerber is the most gentle, patient dentist I have ever met and am so very grateful that he is now my new dentist!
Came in for x-rays to get process started. Ashley was very good @ quick. She even assisted Dr. Gerber with my husband’s crown.
My daughter had a toothache and went to a dentist. This dentist was not a good experience. No options were given. It was either all or nothing and my daughter left with nothing being done. Then, I called Gentle Dental. It was so refreshing how everyone there was happy to help and very polite. The dentist was very good with my 13 year old daughter and gave us reasonable options and prices. I will refer anyone and everyone to this clinic. My daughter is now pain free and can eat again.
