This school appears to protect racist employees who endanger students of color by calling police for no reason whatsoever. Read the president's mealy-mouthed "apology" for the incident then decide for yourself whether Smith's values are consistent with your own. I would certainly discourage my child from applying here.
The employee who called the police on the woman who was quietly eating her lunch must be fired without any benefits. Racism does not belong at Smith.
