Joe in the Chevy service department is a douchebag. He is all nice to get your business then when they want to charge an arm and a leg for something and you won't let them do the work, he gets all pissy and will talk down to you. I've called and asked to speak with a manager and no manager is there today. Odd! Don't forget, with orr you get charged more!

I bought a used vehicle from here in May. It has now been 2 months and my A/C is not working and it already needs an oil change. That’s just in 2 months. I hate to see what happens after just 1 year.

It's been two and half weeks and I'm still waiting for my paperwork. The ending to an already unpleasant process!!

We stated what we wanted. Showed us everything but that, and at the end told us “well our work trucks(what we wanted) are somewhere else”. He spoke badly of other another dealership we mentioned. Just bad manners. The salesman also informed us that “he wouldn’t miss us over a couple hundred dollars”. Like, really? Great customer service dude. Not! We drove two hours to look at trucks, and we won’t be back here.
