Poor quality used vehicle purchase and service. Dealership was all talk and would not fix the problems. Call me with any questions before you make the same mistake (479-285-1914).

Ollie and Mike are the best. I have bought many new and used vehicle and have NEVER been treated as good as they have treated me. They have went way out of the way to make sure that I am a happy customer. All I heard from them was one lie after another. I had taken my truck in after the check engine light came on and they said that they would contact the warranty company to see if the needed engine repairs would be covered. After jumping through the hoops of having the oil test completed they told me that the warranty company said it would not cover the repairs needed. I contacted the warranty company and they said they never heard from Orr. So they had lied directly to my face and that wasn't the first lie. When I called to ... read more

I had an excellent experience with Orr. I stopped in this past Saturday morning in search of a newer vehicle. With the help of salesman Cody Zolliecoffer, I was handed the keys to my new Chevy Camaro within a very short time of being there. Cody was a heck of a car salesman and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I definitely will be back to Orr with my purchase of another vehicle in the future.
