very pushy sales person, tried to get my daughter financed at 12.9% interest, had her blocked in her office and not let her leave. Now she has sent multiple texts and threats on facebook when we have complained about her pushy sales process. Can not get anyone in management to respond. This lady was blatantly taking advantage of a young girl.
Our contact was out the day we arrived, found a truck we wanted. JP helped us as we arrived and check and came back and said out contact was off and we were stuck with him. Not a bad deal being stuck with him. He treated us great and was good to deal with and did it in a very timely fashion. To bad I am from out of state or I would use their service as well. Would recommend them give them a try.
I’ve been wanting a camaro forever, I found one online and met with Susan Brown. She was so incredibly helpful and got me the car I wanted with a payment I love!!! I would highly recommend her and there paper work process was a breeze with not high pressure sales tactics in regards to warranties and stuff!
Don Corbit at Orr Chevrolet was the best sales man I have ever experienced. I gave him my stipulations and within a few days he gave me several vehicles to choose from that met my stipulations until I stepped in the one that felt right like it was mine already.
