DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ORR CHEVROLET/NISSAN IN FT. SMITH, AR. Once the sale is completed, you can kiss the "friendly service" good buy! They offer free car washes, their car wash is broken, has been for a long time, I called and asked what's up with that, this (bad name) in the service dept. told me someone broke it and I asked when it will be fixed and they dont know and I said well you offer free car washes with purchase so what are you gonna do about that and he said sorry, cant help you!
