RecommendedFriendly and efficient service. I reccommend Mart Hurst as a sales person. If you let him know what you are looking for and your price range, he will find what your looking for. And my hat's off to Sergio, (apologies, couldn't remember your last name), who explained, in thorough detail, the various warranties available for additional premiums. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professional courtesy extended to me while purchasing my 'new' truck.
I was humiliated and insulted at the very least. Told salesman what I wanted, a small SUV. He talks to manager and manager tells salesman to bring me a car. A car !! Manager picks a vehicle for me !! I’m the customer !! “I” pick my vehicles not the manager. Orr did not give me any numbers for my vehicle. Just picked out a car. I asked for my keys and left. No dealer is going to pick me out a vehicle. 😡😡
