I really wish I could give this business as good of a review as so many others on here have, but unfortunately what began as an accidental omission of information on Ben's part devolved into some very poor customer service. I tried to take advantage of an attractive promotional offer from Smith Automotive but when I scheduled the appointment with Ben I was never given a time frame (or even a day) within which to make myself available to receive a follow up call so that I could pay for services and get my vehicle back. They one of the odd ones. You don't have to make an appointment, but it is available. I just popped up, and they told me 2-hours, and it was 2-hours. They did a thorough inspection, and provided meter readings and photos of the issues that were found. They will continue to get my business.
