My girls were seen as new patients since we just moved from El Paso Texas on 04/09/2026. We showed up about 15 mins before the appointment time and they took my kids back right away so really no wait time. My girls needed their 6 month checkup/cleaning and both ended up needing to get fillings. They did not use any sedatives or numbing during this process and my kids didn’t even flinch! I had the worst experience here, and after nearly a decade of bringing my children to this office, I regret ever trusting them with my own treatment. I have been coming here for 9 to 10 years, and my kids always had positive experiences. There used to be a pregnant staff member who was amazing and made us feel comfortable every visit. I came here after having a very bad experience with another dentist office! This office was very very good! They were old school, you fill out your paperwork! They took me back and I came to get my teeth cleaned! My appointment was at 2 and I was out by 2:30 with my teeth shinny and clean and my dentist goodie bag! I will see them in six months if the Good Lord says the same!
My fiancé went here to try and get tooth extractions. His insurance told him all he has to pay is a deductible. When he gets there they told him the price would be more than his deductible which didn't make sense. My fiance just left to stand outside to wait for someone to pick him up. I believe they ended up calling the cops on him since he was waiting outside for his ride because the cop said someone called on him because he looked suspicious.
