I went in to a have filling done, less than a month later it fell out! I'm also due a credit, which I still haven't received!! It's been over a month! You are so quick to take my money but when it's time to give me my credit I can't get it! I called up there to have it credited back to my account. So worth the drive from Euless,to Arlington..Me and my 15 yr old daughter walked and where impressed by the open wide rooms and the place was nice and clean..very affordable and the staff so understanding...and they where so caring to our needs..
I took my dad there to get his dentures rob and bottom. And paying CASH not even use insurance. The place is ok. I just hate the long wait even though I had an appointment. The service was so so because I had much better. Staff is ok friendly but not really explaining much. All they did was hand me a paper and told me to read and follow procedures. If anyone want dentures done here please don't wast your time here it overpricing and long wait.
On Christmas Eve my daughter's front tooth was knocked out as a result from horseplaying. We absolutely Loved Dr Shah!!! And the hygienist was very comforting. Both talked to my daughter during her visit to calm her as they had to build a partial tooth for my 7yr old daughter's broken front tooth. My daughter has a huge dental phobia (thanks to Kool smiles) and they made my daughter very comfortable and eased her nerves by explaining everything.
