1 star Had an appt today, the wait time is ridiculous. I asked them to give me a day and time that they're not as busy. When I complained to the front desk, she stated that corporate allow the call center to add all those appts. I been going there for about 6 yrs. I'm sick and tired of it no matter what day or time you go, there is a long wait just to get your teeth cleaned. I'm done with Smiley Dental...SMH 😡😡😡

Quick in and out. Nice doc and assistant, however the customer service is horrible. Did not stay to get my son's second appointment, will be taking him elsewhere. I should not have to ask for what you should already be giving me.

I previously had a bad experience here.They didn't schedule the appointment I wanted. So I decided it's time to give them a second chance this time I waited thirty minutes for them to tell me they some how gave me the wrong appointment time on the phone. They said I could wait another half hour to be seen so I left. I had to wake up two small children up early and make my nursing daughter wait to long to eat because these idiots couldn't tell me the correct time to be there nor tell me immediately after I got there . The wait time is ridiculous. Appointment was at 2:00. Went to the back right about that time. But I set in the chair until about 4:00 before the Dr even came in. Seems like he was the only dentist there that day. Don’t schedule so many appointments if you don’t have the staff to take care of them in a timely manner. Will be finding a new place to go for now on.
