For the safety of our children...... PSA: Do not take your children to Smiles R Us dentist in Carrollton. Not only did they hurt my child.....she asked them to get me and was told she would be fine. I understand procedures at the dentist sometimes hurt, but you do not start a procedure that requires novocaine on a child before administering the novocaine. And when a child asks for their parent, you get their parent. It is shady to me to begin with that parents aren't allowed to go back with their children. Also, when you are... read more
My girls have used Smiles-R-Us from day 1. we absolutely love them. The staff is always amazing and very sympathetic. we have never had an issue. Always Always Always 5 STARS!!!!!
They have a great staff! Everyone is so sweet and very patient with the kids! My kids really enjoy getting the balloons and a new tooth brush each visit.
