TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This Dr Puri attempted to do my root canal (at his suggestion) himself, worked on my mouth for over an hour. Then an alarm went off on the counter and a few minutes later he threw up his hands and said "I can't do this! I'm referring you to another dentist". I had been laying back, vulnerable and uncomfortable and there was no consideration for me AT ALL. So unprofessional. Fine for tooth cleaning but nothing requiring expertise as it was awful. I went to dentist after dentist and basically never followed through with any of their treatment plans because of pain they caused and the anxiety it brought thinking about returning to them that is until I met Dr Puri here. I have not been in pain once here. I’m getting married in September and I’m looking forward to getting my teeth ready for the wedding. Im truly thankful he has taken the time to take care of me and my fiancé and even my kids. Thanks so much to everyone at Smiles and to Dr Puri!
