I was calling for an oral surgeon that takes medical insurance. Because I don't have dental insurance. I spoke to Stacy at the Cedar Hill location. She told me they don't but they have an oral surgeon that comes in on Saturdays that takes medical insurance. So I made my appointment. She gave me the email address where my x-rays from my dentist could be sent. Paid my ortho in film for both my kids, they were receiving the reimbursement checks and wouldn't give me my money, they just had my account sitting in an overage, their billing department is garbage

So displeased with the service provided by this office. We are patients at the Pinnacle Park office in Dallas. They do not send claims in to the insurance carrier therefore leaves you to do this alone and when you ask them to help you fill out the paperwork you get no response. I have been trying to get this claim done since November 2017 and almost a year later still trying to call them to get this done.
