As a new patient, I was a little nervous, but WOW what a team. From the front desk to the hygienist and dental assistants it was a great comfortable experience. And Dr. Roberts is the absolute best. Crazy, but I look forward to my next appointment.
I've been going to Grand Haven Smiles for 20+ years, and I remain quite pleased with their service! Dr. Roberts and his staff--including my hygienist, Denise--are excellent at caring for my dental/oral health and I thank them very much! Excellent dental office with very professional staff!
Today was my first visit to the Grand Haven Smiles office. They were welcoming, informative and clearly vested in my oral health. Denise was fabulous and I felt comfortable with her from the start. She was personable and very gentle during my cleaning. Dr. Roberts was knowledgeable and helped ease my worries about future dental work. Both he and Denise had a great sense of humor that kept things light and made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to future visits at this office!
