I was very pleased with the service I received at Smile Direct Club. I was immediately greeted by Sanchez, who was very nice. He made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns and expectations regarding my new smile and was able to answer all my questions. He remained professional throughout my appointment and during the process of performing my 3D scan. I received my Bright On teeth whitener and I'm excited to begin using it. If I could I’d leave 0 stars. I’m going through the refunding process of over $400 dollars, and the car/account is not able to take the refund. It’s a type of debit card, tomo credit, that only allows you to have so much money. It only gives me $250 and it’s unable to be sent more than a hat it has as a limit. The card also no longer works because I closed it, the customer service I received to try and fix this so I could actually get my refund did nothing but make the problem worse.
