I received rude service from Norma. She was very short and would not address my concerns. I needed a regular cleaning. They said I needed deep cleaning but med-cal said I didn't. I asked for just regular cleaning that was covered and they flat out said no. I asked nicely if it was not allowed? Norma said "It is not that they can't do it, they won't do it." Wanted my teeth cleaned but was told I needed $2730.00 out of my pocket insurance didn't cover I ask you can't just do a regular cleaning was told No we won't do that so I will call insurance and talk to them about my appointment
