I had my first appointment with Smile Design today. Everything was great. The registration process was easy and the cleaning was great. Mr Mackey took time to explain everything in detail. I am happy with my selection. My husband and 4 children are all switching over.
Had a very good visit last night , except for the news that I need another crown.
Everyone was pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Five stars.

Dr. Mackay and her staff are very friendly and thorough. My only comment would be that you get bombarded with reminders and I typically have a wait until I'm brought back. I understand that the reminders help ensure patients arrive for their appointments but just a little much. Also the wait on average is 20 mins so not horrible but with a busy schedule it would be better to keep on schedule better.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mackey and Smile Design for over eighteen years. I have received consistently excellent care. The Smile Design team are fantastic!
