With only having one visit to early to tell right now
I have been using Smile Design for my dental needs for years because the staff is good at what they do. Everyone is professional, pleasant, caring, friendly, and respectful of their patients.
I couldn't have been treated better. Greeted on time, and cleaning was done, and I was on my way. Thank you.

First impressions count. I arrived early, and in fact was the first person in the office that morning. I then watched as 4 other patients, all of whom arrived after me, were treated first. After a 10 minute wait, I was finally called. Everything after that was satisfactory, but quite frankly that whole waiting room experience is why I tried other dentists after having previously been a loyal Smile Design customer.
