I routinely get a body massage once a month. I look forward to it, you climb off the massage table after your session, stretch your arms to heavens and let out that "ahhhhhh", because if feels so good. Was scheduled for my 6 month check up and cleaning aka my Smile Spa Day. Yes indeed, a spa day for your chompers. Another very pleasant appointment!
Smile Design has an excellent staff. Dr. Mackey is the best dentist I have ever had and I am 62. No one is better at getting Novocaine into your gums without causing any pain in the process! She is very genuine and friendly and does great work in your mouth whether it is cavities or crowns. She makes sure it is done right. Sharon does outstanding work in dealing with the Dental Insurance Company. Quick and friendly staff
Had a crown fall out during weekend. Dr. Mackey call back right away and put me at ease and said she would see me Monday. Great response😀
My visit continues at the time of this writing as I have a return app't scheduled to have my new teeth (4) installed. My most recent visit was quite a big deal as I will have a new look and no more chip,chip, chipping away of my 76 year old smile. However, the service I received from Dr. Macke and her Ass't Renee(?) were top drawer, as always, and I can't wait to see the new me...in about two weeks...Sincerely, J. Fowler
I love getting the email and text. Especially a few days before because it is easy to forget an appointment so far off.
As usual , I was in and out in a heart beat and they re-installed my crown that had fallen out.
Whenever I’ve had major issues, and I’ve had plenty, Dr. Mackey and her wonderful staff, have remedied the situation, put me at ease, and I leave there feeling so much better than when I arrived.
