Dr. Daney was caring & gentle. She was personable & made me feel comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.
I have been visiting Dr. Shane for more than 5 years and treatment has been marvelous along with excellent office support personnel.
I call to find out, should I keep the appointment , since I have pain on the left side of my mouth. I received a call back and they mention, please come in so we can take a look at it and see what is going on. My teeth was hurting when I went in, after the cleaning my tooth stop hurting . It was very satisfactory. Been my dentist for 5 years and counting.
I came to Soft Dental seeking a 2nd opinion to what seemed like a strange order from another dentist- calling for multiple immediate root canals. I felt a bit off so I needed to put mind at ease. First of all, my initial impression was that I received the best customer service even before stepping in. The receptionist was patient and knowledgable over the phone, and was delight in person! The Care Soft Dental team is the best. Always on time and extremely effecient. Service is 2nd to none. Dr. Daney is awesome. I truley appreciate all they do for myself and my daughter.
Dr.Daney is very professional and does not do unnecessary work.She is very good with kids and my girls actually look forward to the dentists' visit!

Dr. Tran was excellent with my prosthodontic procedure, it was painless and very comfortable - a procedure I had been avoiding for quite some time. He was careful and very detailed oriented at each step of the way including providing post-op care and his availability in case of questions or concerns.
