Staff, dental assistant(s) and Dr. Daney were all very nice and welcoming. Appreciated the Covid-19 protocol. Dr. took her time explaining next steps and didn't pressure me into doing anything.
I have been a patient of Dr. Daney for years. She is such a kind, gentle, sweet person. Her front desk and tech staff are great as well. They never keep you waiting-they are excellent about sticking with appointment times. The office is immaculate and has the most updated state of the art equipment. They send you many reminders of appointments which I appreciate-less for me to remember. I highly recommend this wonderful practice!

I had a toothache. Indira did her executive decision confirming my appointment w/in 24 hrs with Dr. Daney even though I never been to her since Dr. Brain is on vacation. Dr. Daney explained to me my tooth x-ray pictures and her procedure on resolving my teeth issues. My regular general dentist - Dr. Poulsen's office isn't taking patients during this Covid-19 dilemma -only Emergencies. The cleaning and check-up was thorough and professional and safe. Your safety, health, and wellbeing are paramount from the moment you walk in the door, while in the chair, and when checking out after the procedure.
CareSoft staff have always been very considerate. I appreciate how they call if an availability is available for earlier appointments.
I had a crown that was loss A couple days ago. Care Soft was able to get me in early today (Saturday). Got it done and was back to work without being late. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience.
