I highly recommend Dr. Alexi Kossi as an excellent dentist and a warm, caring, intelligent person who puts her patients welfare and comfort above everything else, and strives for excellence in her field. I would recommend this dentist to the whole family. The kind and generosity they offer is just one of the many thing this amazing dentist has to offer. Not only do they have excellent service but they also have a kids area to make it more easier on you.
This is by far the best dental office I've been to. Doctor Kossi is so gentle with her hands. I just had a deep cleaning and I didn't feel anything at all. Everyone is friendly and are happy to explain the procedures, and the reasons for doing them. Each chair also has a TV with Netflix for you to watch to distract you so a 2 hour procedure felt so much shorter.
Dr. Kossi(Smile City) is so much more than a dentist, she is a very sweet, kind, and compassionate lady, being a great dentist is just something she does for a living. When I was a child I felt that going to the dentist was akin to geting water-boarded, the complete and total opposite of seeing Dr. Kossi, I look forward to seeing her and her kind wonderful staff.
