Smile City Dental have met my family's dental needs for the past 15 yrs. It was past 6 pm on a Friday evening and ended up somehow chipping an old crown while eating my dinner. Andy the office manager, just happened to still be in the office and still answered phones...despite the business day was over. I explained the issue and he able to squeeze me in the next day being Saturday. I'm incredibly grateful. Care and quality is a priority for this dental office. I highly recommend this dentistry!
This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The entire staff is accomodating and professional. On the occasion that they are running behind they have a dedicated relaxation room with aromatherapy, calming music, and a full body adjustable massage chair.
I have good experience with Smile City Dental Groups. Doctors, Managment, Dental hygienist, and staff are so nice educated and helpful. They educate me how to take care of my teeth. I appreciate what they done for me and my family.
Smile city dental staff have been taking care of me and my family for a while now. They do their best to help us through our treatments. As a family with no dental insurance, it can be tough to pay for expensive procedure such as crowns, invisalign, root anal, implants and so on. Without a doubt I would recommend coming here for your dental needs. The staff is always welcoming and courteous. They accommodate me every time around my schedule when I need to make an appointment. The doctors are friendly and gentle, always explain everything thoroughly before doing any work on you. They make you feel relaxed by turning on a movie or show, while you get your teeth cleaned. In addition, the place is immaculately clean. I will definitely come back!
Wonderful dentist office! Super hi-tech and innovative approach to dentistry. Sterile. Extremely clean office and latest equipment. Everyone from the dentists to the staff are very friendly and great. They have given me great tips on maintaining great dental hygiene. I am always very anxious at the dentist and she did a great job in making me feel comfortable and very gentle! The dentists take time to answer questions and I never feel rushed. I've always received the best care. I would recommend this office to everyone!
I broke my tooth playing basketball and the staff got me in the very next day to get the process of fixing my tooth started. The end results were fantastic and they were accommodating the whole time. I have been using their services for years and would recommend them to anyone. The friendly and supportive staff are a wonderful bonus!
I'm writing this review because Smile City Dental truly deserves the recognition of how attentive they are in providing excellent care of their patients, especially during Covid-19. They have ALWAYS been super efficient when it came to cleanliness, but now they are equipped in full gear taking extra precautions for everyone's safety.
