My experience with Smile City Dental by far exceeded my expectations. They have a wonderful cohesive staff and dental assistants working side by side with a stellar dentist, Dr. Kossi. She's such an expectional and passionate dentist and I just love her attention to detail. I had my braces done at this location and I cannnot be any more happy with my results! I been coming to Smile City for 3 years now, They have a professional, and courteous staff, always smiling, and friendly. I recently had a root canal which can be very painful. I had not been to the dentist in years and decided is was finally time to invest in my smile. After a couple recommendations, I went to see Dr. Kossi. She had fair prices and every procedure she suggested I have, she was able to show me exactly why by showing me xrays and hi-def photos of my teeth. Had an accident where I broke 3 of my teeth. I called my dental office to find out what they might be able to do for me the following day, since it was already near closing time. Dr. Kossi and her staff told me to come in right away and that they would wait for me. When I arrived they were very attentive to me and helpful with my insurance and what my options were. I have been going Dr. Kossi, now for about 5 years. The friendly staff has been very kind and gentle and understanding to my questions and pains. The staff and Dr Kossi, always makes me feel like family and I feel like I am in the best of care there. I would recommend everyone young and old, no matter how small to large a problem/situation, they can make your worries go away. This is my second visit after 1 year of previously having my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kossi. She did a great job with the least amount of pain possible. Your mouth feels safe in her hands. After the removal, Andy was kind enough to do a follow up if I had any issues. On this current visit, I came in for a cleaning. Completed in 45 minutes.
