Our appointment was @11:30 and we were 10m late (this does not mean to come in late, it was our mistake for not being punctual). But the receptionist accommodated us as well as a couple other patients and within 7m we went into our room Our hygienist (Melissa) was very kind and gentle and Dr.Max was straightforward and crystal clear. It was my first time coming here. I am satisfied with their services
